Food: Convergence and Divergence in Europe since 1800 (Cuisine of Elites, Bourgeois, and Middle Classes)

Naar jaarlijkse gewoonte zal de werkgroep Sociale & Culturele Voedingsstudies FOST (VUB) ook in 2010 een colloquium organiseren met ditmaal als thema 'Food: Convergence and Divergence in Europe since 1800 (Cuisine of Elites, Bourgeois, and Middle Classes)'. Het colloquium zal plaatsvinden bij FARO (Priemstraat 51, 1000 Brussel) op 10 en 11 december 2010.
